More practice

I am loving my new camera and really need the practice. So I recruited my favorite model for a little photo shoot. I got so many great shots!! Here are some favorites.
I love the way the tree behind her looks like twinkle lights. She was actually looking up a Brandon on the balcony saying "hi dada!"
I just love this one, my favorite of the day!
Had to have a little taste of the leaf :)
This was way overexposed, but I actually like it, and her eyes look amazing in this one!

Having fun at School!

Audrey and I just started a mommy and me class Monday mornings at a local pre-school. The class is 2 hours and involves all kinds of fun activites for both mommies and babies! She loves it and especially loves the little playhouses outside.
This is the circle time area in the classroom. So fun!
Audrey in the playhouse. Peek-a-boo!!

Halloween Preview

Audrey will be a butterfly for Halloween this year and I tried part of the costume on her. Of course she hates things on her head, but I managed to get a picture anyway.
At least no one will mistake her for a boy this year! She also got a pink pumpkin for trick-or-treating!

The Year That Was...

Audrey's 1st year in pictures! Turn on your speakers, sit back and enjoy!

Animal Sounds

Audrey's newest thing is animal sounds! She does really well with them. I tried to capture some since her faces are priceless. You can just hear the sounds!!

Here is a cow, she says "ooooooo" without the M sound.A lion says "raahhhh" .

And a bird says "teet, teet".
She can also do dog, cat and duck, but didn't get pics of those. :)

I'm a big kid now!

I don't know where our baby went, but this big girl suddenly appeared at our house!!

Next top model??

Audrey had her first real modeling job yesterday. She will be on the package cover for a kiddie inflatable pool next summer at Target!! She was in her swimsuit and just played in the little pool for about 20 minutes. She did awesome!! I will let everyone know when it comes out. Look for Audrey next year in the aisles of Target!!!! The photo will also be on some websites and catalogues that sell the pool. She is already earning money for her college fund!!!

Baby in Red

Poor Audrey, being subjected to another photoshoot with mommy's new camera. I am trying to get better, so I take a ton of shots. This day we went to a little park nearby and we were the only ones there. She looked so cute in her little red cherry dress. Notice the pinecone and leaf. She collects things when we are out and about.

Having fun at the mall!

Audrey and I go to a local outdoor mall a lot and just walk. She discovered a little fountain and birdbath that are just the right size to play in. So she had fun playing in the water and taking rocks out of the birdbath. Luckily it doesn't take much to entertain her :)

Daddy's Girl

Even though I spend all day every day with Audrey, she sure loves her Daddy! She is always excited to see him when he gets home and loves playing with him. Nothing melts a mommy's heart more than to see a Daddy and his Daughter. It is the best and something I looked forward to from the moment we found out we were having a little girl.

Ready to go to church! Balancing on daddy's foot. A future gymnast?
She loves her daddy. Cuddle time.

Our Little Mommy

Audrey loves being a "mommy" to her doll. I don't know how she just instinctually knows what to do. She feeds her baby and puts her in the stoller. She loves to wear her purse everywhere too.
Here she is taking her bunny for a ride and sporting a purse.

Audrey's chompers

Being that Audrey didn't get her first tooth until she was 11 months old, we are surprised that at 14 months, she now has 7! 3 on bottom and 4 on top. You can almost see them in this pic. If you click on the picture, it will get bigger.

New Camera!

Daddy was nice and let mommy get a new camera! It is a fancy DSLR and I am loving it. Here are some recent pics!
She loves playing outside now and collecting leaves and pinecones. These are all from outside in our complex.
